Mayor’s Parade 2019

We took part in the Mayor’s Parade this year. We handed out leaflets to introduce our new Foundation Stage classrooms and outdoor learning environment and to invite children and families to come and take a look. We were joined by some of the children and their families and were wowed by the amazing effort they made with costumes, dressing up as story or nursery rhyme characters. The children were little superstars and a real credit to their families. We were very lucky to meet the Mayor before the parade and were amazed when we won the award for the best walking group! A thoroughly enjoyable day. Thank you to everyone who took part.

A big thank you to the children and families who took part. We presented each child with a certificate of thanks, a small trophy of their own and a box of Maltesers to share with their families.
