We shared a beautiful Tiny Tots Stay and Play session this half term, devoted to love ahead of St Valentine’s Day. The children enjoyed heart-themed crafts, exploring painting, sticking and dough to make love bugs. We read ‘Love from the crayons’ and engaged in large scale mark-making. Each child took home paper and a crayon, to enjoy mark-making at home. Thank you to the children and the families who joined us. We look forward to welcoming you into nursery again for our next session on Tuesday 26th March at 2.00pm. 

December 2023

We had a wonderful Tiny Tots Stay and Play session this half term. We explored nighttime and took part in star themed craft activities. As we are in the season of Advent, we introduced the children to Mary and Baby Jesus. We had so many children join us today and it was lovely to see them come together for a short song and rhyme time. Each child took home a free gift bag containing loose parts to make their own puppets of Mary and Joseph, as well as a little treat of shortbread star cookies. Thank you for joining us. We look forward to seeing you again on Tuesday 6th February.

October 2023

We were so pleased to welcome everyone back into nursery for our half termly Tiny Tots Stay and Play session. We celebrated the season of autumn by providing sensory play experiences. The children were so engaged and are growing in confidence. Each child took home a free gift bag containing autumn themed playdough. We look forward to welcoming you back on Tuesday 4th December 2023.

July 2023

A wonderful Tiny Tots Stay and Play session this half term as we took a little trip to the seaside! The children enjoyed playing barefoot in our little beach, building sandcastles and enjoying the sand between their toes. They explored a blue jelly ocean in our water tray and made their own rainbow fish. Each child took home a busy bag for paint mixing along with their own little paint pots. We sat together for a story and a short song and rhyme time. Thank you to everyone who has joined us this year. We have loved welcoming the little ones into our nursery. We hope to see you all again in the new academic year. 

April 2023

Thank you to the children and families who joined us for Tiny Tots Stay and Play. This half term's session was themed around discovery. The children were encouraged to explore and find out. They enjoyed creating sound using our mystery eggs and exploring dough and water play, as well as engaging in play in our wonderful nursery provision. The children took home a bank of messy play and discovery ideas. Please join us again for our next session on Tuesday 11th July at 2.00pm, where we hope to enjoy outdoor play. See you soon.
